We require 24 hours' notice to process your order before dispatch. Once dispatched, you can expect your delivery within 1-2 working days.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or bank holidays. While we strive for prompt delivery, please be aware that during periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Should there be a significant delay in your order's shipment, we will inform you promptly via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our shipping charges are structured as follows: For UK deliveries, a flat rate of £5.99 is applied to orders totaling under £49.98. Orders with a value of £49.98 or more will receive free shipping.

For Ireland deliveries, a fixed charge of £13.99 applies to all orders under £60.00. We endeavor to deliver all orders within their estimated timeframes; however, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur, and your understanding in these situations is greatly appreciated.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Go-OrthoUK is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Go-OrthoUK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. It is essential to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before initiating a claim.
