Yes. If we have your scan or mold on file, you can easily reorder without needing a new impression.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll send you a notification and attempt to charge the card again. To avoid missed orders, please double-check that your card details and available funds are up to date.

Can I skip a month instead of canceling?

Yes, you can! Through your Go Ortho account, you can choose to skip an upcoming renewal if you don’t need new retainers right away. Your subscription will resume as normal the following month.
