Received the wrong retainer that looks nothing like my impression. Emailed twice and left a message on the number on their site but so far no contact back from them. Will keep this updated with their response. Slow thus far!Since then I was contacted and they explained that it had been a weekend hence why the slow response.They have gone above and beyond to help me since even offering a face to face consultation for my new retainer. Very impressed!
