Clear Retainers

I never do reviews. But was so pleased at how comfortable these were I had to.

I was previously a Smile Direct Club member, and when they suddenly closed, I had no idea where I’d be able to get replacement retainers. I was then contacted by Go Ortho, who said they could provide new retainers for ex–Smile Direct Club members.

At first, I was genuinely sceptical and assumed it might be a scam. I did some digging, read through reviews, and while people seemed positive, I was still wary. So I decided to email them directly to check their legitimacy. I asked whether they actually had my scans from Smile Direct Club. They confirmed that they did.

To be extra sure, I asked what date the scans were from. They explained they don’t have specific dates attached, but offered to send me the scans themselves so I could review them. When they sent them over, I could clearly see my teeth and the final retainer shape, which fully reassured me.

I also mentioned that I was about to move out of the country for 14 months. They were incredibly helpful and prioritised my order — my retainers arrived within a week. The retainers themselves are a great fit, feel thick and high quality, and came in a really nice case.

On top of that, the subscription cost is significantly better than Smile Direct Club’s ever was. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the service and the product, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Go Ortho to anyone in the same situation I was in.

I was a little skeptical whether this was real or scam since they emailed saying they had my scan from Smile Direct Club since they closed down but pleasantly surprised. They actually had my 3d scan from when I started my aligner journey with smile direct which was soo surprising but I am really glad as I was finally able to get retainers after almost 2 years. They are legit and the retainers came in less than a week and fit perfectly! Thank you again!

After SmileDirect closed as was skeptical about this new webiste that I had never heard of. Thankfully the emails kept me engaged and I finally went for it. My old scans were used and the retainers that were sent fit perfectly. Thanks

Quick delivery, easy service to use and retainers fit perfectly

I really didn't hold out much hope of ever receiving another set of retainers after Smile Direct went bust, but Go Ortho said that they had access to their original scans & would be able to supply me with my end of treatment retainers. I wasn't sure if these new ones would even fit as I had my first scans done back in 2020. But amazingly they fit perfectly, I very happy with them. Thank you.

Good quality retainers,nice and clear and not yellow like my old ones.Had to do a little filing on lowers,all in all happy with them.

Fit well, nice smooth finish. No need to file any of it down as I did with the Smile Direct ones. Very happy so far.
